British agriculture continues to suffer from the international embargo imposed by the European Union on its bovine products. Indeed, the European partners of The United Kingdom believe that the British government does not implement enough definite measures to eradicate the "mad cow" disease among British cattle and does not fight enough illicit exports of British bovine meat abroad.
All members of the bovine profession are also questioned by the consequences of the "foot and mouth disease".
