The Burundi has a typical climate of Central Africa, two dry seasons (January and June till October) and two rainy seasons (October till December and February to June).
The presence of many rivers (Ruvubu, Akanyaru, Akogera…) and many lakes (Tanganyika, Kachamiringa, Kanzingiri...) benefits to agriculture. Average temperature : 17 to 24 °C.
