A representative office is not a legal entity and its purpose is limited to the activities concerning market research and the representation of the founder. Representative office carries its activities under the founder's company. Any foreign party executing an economy activity or a national or international economy association may open a representative office in Croatia. The representative office is registered at the Foreign Party Representative Registry in Croatia (with the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship).
