| Company Description | The Pennsylvania-Russia Business Council was founded in 1995 to cultivate economic and cultural ties between the U.S. Mid-Atlantic States and Russia. The Council sponsors trade fairs, seminars on doing business in Russia, hosts delegations of senior government and business officials from Russia, and cultural programs. |
| Location | Northeast and Center City Philadelphia. |
| Qualifications | Innovative, personable, and high-energy individual with excellent communication, analytical, and computer skills; strong interest in international affairs a must; some Russia language capability preferred but not required. |
