John McDonnell has been a freelance writer for the last 20 years, and he's had over 100 articles published, in media like The Philadelphia Inquirer, Parents Express, Philadelphia Magazine, The Counselor, and more. John has also published newsletters on topics like customer service, sales, management, and Internet research. He's been writing about useful Web sites since 1996.
