Women in International Trade, San Diego Chapter Dear Women in International Trade Members and International Community Colleagues: Women in International Trade, San Diego Chapter (WIT-SD), is taking nominations for WIT-San Diego's Woman of the Year. WIT will be awarding this honor to one woman who is currently active in the international business arena, has significantly contributed to the international community, and who is based in the San Diego/Tijuana region. The selection will be made by the WIT-SD Board of Directors and the honoree will receive her award at the September 13th membership meeting. She will have the option of being the guest speaker at that meeting if she so desires. If you wish to nominate a woman demonstrating excellence in international trade, please write a paragraph stating your reasons for recommending the candidate and indicate how they fulfill the above requirements. Recommendations must be received by email to callen@mail.sdsu.edu or mailed to WIT, PO Box 880383, SD 92168-0383 by August 15.
